We are now waiting for our “last meal” on this Epic Journey. We chose Bob Evans simply because sleep was more important this morning than eating free breakfast. We traveled nearly 900 miles yesterday to get to our hotel. The drive took over 13 hours with one time change. This meant that we got into our hotel just before 1 AM. I did not have the heart to wake the kids up, so they slept.
Priceline really came through for us on this trip. The hotel that we stayed in last night was little over $40 for two queen beds and free hot breakfast. It was actually better than some that we paid triple the price (which, actually was more normal). The “Express Deals” were good for us as it saved us the time and anguish of having to waste time.
